About the position

The Media Sales Account Executive at Encore Media Group is responsible for promoting and selling print and digital advertising solutions across a diverse portfolio of publications focused on arts and culture. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can build relationships with clients, manage advertising campaigns, and drive revenue growth while working autonomously within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize networking skills to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the arts and cultural sectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Create engaging sales presentations that showcase the value of advertising with Encore Media Group.
• Employ strategic negotiation techniques to secure advertising contracts and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in advertising or media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
