About the position

The Senior Media Product Manager for LATCANZ Paid Media at Amazon will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of entertainment by defining the next generation of how customers engage with Prime Video. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external media agencies to identify and address gaps in the marketing campaign lifecycle, establishing a long-term technical product vision, and enhancing media data capabilities across the LATCANZ region. The role requires a blend of product and program management skills to drive data-driven insights and improve media investment performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key internal stakeholders and external media agencies to define tech, data, and product gaps in marketing campaigns.
  • Define the long-term technical product vision for cross-channel media strategy and planning.
  • Establish governance, validation, and audit processes for existing solutions.
  • Develop standardized data models and templates for the LATCANZ region while capturing local nuances.
  • Collaborate with regional agency partners to manage data pipelines and identify new data sources.
  • Gather requirements from media, marketing, strategy, and finance teams to create business requirement documents.
  • Manage program aspects such as business reviews and project plans.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights for product strategies.
  • Foster a data-driven culture and enhance media measurement capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and feature delivery.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner, particularly in technology products.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions related to product strategy.
  • Experience in media or marketing data systems and advanced analytics.
  • Experience with media tooling and ad tech across various media channels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to refine requirements and prioritize work requests.
  • Experience with automation and management of large datasets.
  • Proven expertise in media measurement techniques like Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Computer Science, or Business.
