About the position

The Media Supervisor is responsible for leading the development of media strategies with a focus on precision and excellence. This role involves shaping strategic media planning, including audience targeting, channel selection, and ad technology. The Media Supervisor will also provide guidance to media implementation and buying teams, ensuring alignment with client marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize resources to drive client marketing goals (syndicated, proprietary, analyst data).
  • Stay updated on cutting-edge media techniques and technologies.
  • Share industry insights on media and market dynamics.
  • Cultivate relationships within the media and ad tech community.
  • Foster collaborative, trust-based client relationships.
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables effectively.
  • Represent client perspectives in feedback and presentations.
  • Offer strategic input for internal and external plans.
  • Proactively solve challenges as they arise.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and media teams.
  • Direct the development of compelling client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of digital-heavy media planning experience.
  • Proficiency with key media research, planning and buying tools (MRI/Simmons, Nielsen, ComScore, Strata, Kantar, MediaTools, Google Campaign Manager, Tableau, IAS, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of current media trends and innovations.
  • Mastery of essential media planning tools.
  • Expertise in media buying strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement and analytics.
  • Proficiency in programmatic, SEM, and paid social buying strategies.
