About the position

The Medicaid Enrollment Specialist role at Infosys BPM Limited involves executing transactions related to Medicaid enrollment processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and service level agreements. The specialist will support daily operations, assist in training activities, and help resolve escalations to maintain the integrity of eligibility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
• Review and validate inputs from team members.
• Support manager in training activities and daily operations reviews.
• Assist in escalation resolution to meet service level agreement targets.
• Resolve eligibility exceptions such as enrollment file errors and ID card generation errors.
• Process COB eligibility to ensure accurate information in the enrollment system.
• Support newborn enrollment functions including call center and claims requests.
• Maintain integrity of eligibility tasks and assist with special projects as needed.
• Prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly job tasks to support regulatory requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries regarding eligibility and enrollment transactions.
• Reconcile eligibility with State Agencies and document all transactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 0-6 months of experience in a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to gather and research data.
