About the position

We're looking for skilled assemblers who thrive in a meticulous, cleanroom environment and excel in precise tasks using microscopes and soldering techniques. If you're passionate about quality-driven processes and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We have Full time and Part time positions available! The shifts available include Monday to Friday for first shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, second shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and third shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Additionally, we offer weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday to Monday from 6 PM to 6 AM. In this role, you will perform precise assembly tasks using microscopes and soldering techniques, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliant and quality-driven assembly processes. You will work in a cleanroom environment, following strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols. Conducting visual inspections and resolving any defects or abnormalities in the assembled devices will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the team is essential, as you will report issues and ensure efficient production. The essential functions of this role include working in a smoke-free environment, standing for 8 hours at one time, and working weekends. This position is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in the medical device assembly field.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in soldering (preferred)
  • 4 years of experience in medical device assembly (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in microscopic work (preferred)
  • Experience in inspection and resolving defects in devices
  • Experience in mechanical and electronic assembling.
