About The Position
The position involves supporting and monitoring patient flow in the back office, ensuring that necessary information is available for patient visits, and assisting in the distribution of patients, including walk-ins. The role requires keeping patients informed of wait times, scheduling appointments, and following up on no-show appointments. The individual will also perform various aspects of patient visits, including reviewing health records, obtaining vital signs, and initiating follow-ups for specialty care referrals. Additional responsibilities include supporting dispensary functions, completing clinical forms, maintaining communication within the patient care team, and performing important medical tests and procedures. The role may also involve maintaining a mobile health unit, including driving it to designated locations and ensuring its cleanliness and functionality.
