About The Position
The Medical Assistant - Care Connections will serve as a vital communication link between Molina Healthcare members and their healthcare providers. This role focuses on ensuring members receive quality care by following up after appointments, coordinating care, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Medical Assistant will also handle patient records, communicate lab results, and support care coordination efforts to enhance health outcomes for members, particularly those at risk.
