The Medical Assistant Certified Multispecialty position at AdventHealth involves providing comprehensive patient care in an office setting. Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the office setting.
- Meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
- Reflect initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations under supervision.
- Maintain regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist nursing and medical staff with routine examinations and patient treatments.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Must be certified through NHA, AMT, AAMA, NCCT, or NAHP.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
