About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This entry-level role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering effective treatment to patients across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care for patients.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding medical coding systems is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff members.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
• New graduation welcome.
