About the position

As a Medical Assistant at Advanced Gastroenterology & Hepatology Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve welcoming patients with a warm smile, checking them in, and verifying their insurance and personal information. You will manage patient files and records while maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This role is rewarding as you will be directly involved in delivering primary health care and patient care management. Before patients arrive, you will ensure that exam and treatment rooms are stocked with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is sterilized and ready for use.
