Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current active status as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
  • Two years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient practice or clinical specialty area required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must obtain within 6 months of employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
