The Medical Assistant at Jefferson Radiology plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to patients preparing for various radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology procedures. Responsibilities
- Meet with patients to verify medical history and discuss examination protocols.
- Assist patients in preparing for various radiology exams and procedures.
- Provide superior support and assistance to patients throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required.
- Current CPR (BLS) certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior medical office experience is required.
- Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is preferred.
