Responsibilities

• Perform selected medical assistant and clerical duties to assist in patient care.
• Work collaboratively with other clinic staff to solve practice-related problems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to respond to patient/customer needs.
• Provide care for the population served in the department.

Requirements

• Graduate from a Medical Assistant program with an Associate's degree or diploma preferred.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• National Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.
