Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures

• Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers
• Perform administrative tasks, including managing patient records
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Interact closely with patients to make them feel at ease and assist with any concerns they may have

Requirements

• Completion of a certified Medical Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards patients
• Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• 1 year of experience with EMR
• Spanish language proficiency
• Certified Medical Assistant certification
