Requirements

• Physical proof of High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 months relevant work experience in a medical setting or documented completion of 180 extern hours.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with computer skills.
• Friendly attitude and enjoyment in interacting with providers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual vitals and routine blood draws.
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as requested by the provider.
• Maintain lab equipment and document all lab results and quality controls.
• Run labs in-house or prepare them for external facilities with proper orders.
• Conduct weekly inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed.
