About the position

The Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative at TidalHealth plays a crucial role in providing both clinical care and administrative support in a medical office setting. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
  • Medical Assistant certification from an approved program is preferred.
  • At least one year of administrative/customer service experience is required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with electronic health records is preferred.
