Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Monitor patient flow and obtain vital signs and initial information
• Call to obtain authorizations from insurance companies

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Medical experience and capability of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Two years of medical assistance experience (or equivalent customer related ability)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills
