Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including check-in and check-out.
- Oversee all calls, deliveries, and mail handling.
- Maintain patient charts including filing, scanning, purging, and archiving.
- Provide lab results under supervision.
- Help meet fiscal goals.
- Prepare patients by taking vital signs.
- Draw blood and handle specimens.
- Provide testing to patients.
- Conduct patient interviews to gather medical histories.
- Clean and prepare exam rooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- BLS Certification
- Phlebotomy experience required
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred
