Responsibilities
- Process medical claims accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Outlook for daily tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of healthcare or insurance experience.
- 1+ years of work from home experience.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Knowledge of Medicare preferred.
- Ability to commute for in-office training.
