Responsibilities
- Process medical claims with correct HCPC codes and modifiers for payment.
- Assist providers with billing, encounter, processing, or other payment issues.
- Scan and follow up on processed work the next business day.
- Handle a heavy volume of claims efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in medical claims processing.
- Knowledge of HCPC codes and modifiers.
- Ability to assist providers with billing issues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
