About the position

The Medical Client Relations Manager is a sales-focused role aimed at building and maintaining relationships with medical facilities seeking quality employees. This position is essential for identifying new clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting staffing functions through training and collaboration with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close partnerships with medical facilities who are seeking employees.
  • Document sales activity in company software and gather thorough order information to successfully recruit employees.
  • Work closely with the Scheduling Manager and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling medical staff.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated to deliver high quality results and also work well within a team.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Internet, and Email usage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication that projects professionalism and competence.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (or) equivalent related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or management experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license that meets insurance requirements.
