About the position

The Medical Client Relations Manager is a sales-focused role responsible for identifying and securing new clients in the medical sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery post-sale. This position is integral to the team, requiring collaboration with staffing professionals and involvement in recruiting and staffing functions to support client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close partnerships with medical facilities seeking employees.
  • Document sales activity in company software and gather thorough order information to successfully recruit employees.
  • Work closely with the Scheduling Manager and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling medical staff.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated to deliver high quality results and work well within a team.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Internet, and Email usage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication that projects professionalism and competence.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or management experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license that meets insurance requirements.
