About the position

The Medical Client Relations Manager at Aventure Staffing is a sales-focused role aimed at building and maintaining relationships with medical facilities in need of staffing solutions. This position involves identifying new clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting recruitment efforts, all while being trained by experienced staffing professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close partnerships with medical facilities seeking employees.
  • Document sales activity in company software and gather thorough order information to successfully recruit employees.
  • Work closely with the Scheduling Manager and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling medical staff.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated to deliver high quality results and work well within a team.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Internet, and Email usage.
  • Effective written and verbal communication that projects professionalism and competence.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or management experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license that meets insurance requirements.
