About the position

The Medical Customer Service Agent Specialist at QTC Management, Inc. plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to military service members. This position involves direct interactions with service members, assisting them with health readiness support services, including mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments. The role requires a blend of medical knowledge and customer service skills to ensure accurate processing of medical records and scheduling of appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch and outstanding service to military service members.
  • Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Review medical records to determine necessary medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed.
  • Schedule individual, in-clinic, group, and/or telephonic appointments for service members.

Requirements

  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in a medical or customer service role.
  • Must have a CURRENT medical certification as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a military Common Access Card.
  • Ability to successfully pass a federal background check - National Agencies Check w/ Inquiries (NACI).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a military medic, Navy Corpsman, Para-rescue, or Health Service Technician.
