About the position

The Medical Customer Service Representative at Systems Ally is responsible for providing first-line support to internal and external customers, primarily through phone, fax, and email. This role involves order entry, order management, and addressing product and technical inquiries. The representative will assist with order fulfillment issues and ensure customer needs are met by following established guidelines and standard work practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-centric, and focused, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls for order entry and management.
  • Provide first-line support for product and technical questions.
  • Assist with order fulfillment issues, including order and shipping errors.
  • Follow established guidelines to address customer needs.
  • Provide backup support for inquiries received via email.
  • Accurately enter data into SAP/ERP and Salesforce.com.
  • Manage and utilize relevant software and tools for customer service.
  • Drive resolution of customer issues related to order fulfillment and supply chain.
  • Prepare source data for computer entry and verify entered data.
  • Provide general data entry support across various teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in call centers.
  • Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a degree.
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP or other order management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish language skills.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes.

Benefits
