Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with navigating patient portals and other digital platforms for scheduling, viewing test results, or accessing medical records.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues patients may encounter while using online services.
  • Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries related to appointments, medical procedures, insurance coverage, and billing.
  • Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for medical consultations, tests, or procedures.
  • Provide information on services, treatments, and medical conditions as needed, ensuring patients understand their next steps.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate department or healthcare professional based on their needs.
  • Resolve patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring patient satisfaction.

Benefits
