About the position

The Client Coordinator position at TEKsystems is a remote role focused on medical data entry and management. The primary responsibility of the Client Coordinator is to work through CMS portals, processing cases and entering relevant data into the database. This role requires a meticulous review of medical records for eligibility, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured and documented. The position demands a high level of quality customer service, adhering to all regulatory and company standards while handling sensitive information. In addition to data entry, the Client Coordinator will be responsible for data preparation, tracking, documentation, and filing. This includes responding promptly to client inquiries via email regarding questions, report statuses, concerns, or general requests for information. The role also involves utilizing appropriate systems and databases to enter or retrieve client information as needed. A critical task includes pulling medical records from external client sites and uploading them into the internal database, ensuring that all information is complete and correctly filled out. Once the medical records are processed, they will be assigned to a reviewer who will provide insights on specific treatments or diagnoses to assist insurance companies in making decisions on claim approvals or denials. The position operates on a fixed schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, and the pay rate is set at $15 per hour, which is non-negotiable.
