Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter paper-based data into computer systems.
  • Maintain and organize physical records to support digitization processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data entries are complete and consistent.
  • Utilize software tools to optimize data entry tasks and boost productivity.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information during the digitization process.
  • Run records and match them with the appropriate patient in the system.
  • Process customer credit applications related to medical services.
  • Maintain accurate data records related to customer credit.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to data entry and record maintenance.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on data entries.

Requirements

  • Must have at least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in claim administration tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience in maintaining and managing documentation
  • High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with medical terminology would be advantageous
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
