About the position

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of new electro-stimulation medical device products. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the product development lifecycle. You will conduct thorough root cause analysis of products to identify and resolve issues effectively. Additionally, you will perform PCB design and layout using OrCAD, which is critical for the successful implementation of the hardware components in our medical devices. Your work will involve collaborating with a team of engineers in a cubical setting, where you will engage in discussions and brainstorming sessions to innovate and improve our product offerings. The position is fully on-site in Independence, Ohio, and you will be part of a team of 10-12 engineers, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal employees and clients will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.

  • Extensive PCB Design/Layout experience.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, aerospace, or automotive.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal employees and clients.
