About the position

The Medical Device Line Operator is responsible for operating machinery and performing various tasks to support the manufacturing of medical devices. This role ensures that products meet quality and safety standards through inspection, documentation, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and monitor production processes.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sampling, testing, and evaluations.
• Accurately document lot changes, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
• Identify and remove defective or non-conforming products.
• Maintain efficiency and meet daily production goals.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements and quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues.
• Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety guidelines.
• Continuously assess processes for potential improvements.
• Report production issues or non-conformities to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
