About the position

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for promoting and educating therapists, physicians, and patients about Tactile Medical products within a designated territory. This role involves developing sales strategies to meet sales goals and addressing customer support needs, including training and reimbursement assistance, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Educating therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical
  • Establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Assisting in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)
  • 3+ years of outside/inside sales experience OR 1+ years of medical sales experience OR 4+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience
  • Knowledgeable of third party payer policies
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new products desirable

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.
  • Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
  • Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products
