About the position

The Territory Account Manager at Tactile Medical is responsible for educating healthcare professionals and patients about Tactile Medical products within a designated territory. This role involves developing sales strategies to meet sales goals, penetrating underserved clinical markets, and providing customer support related to training and reimbursement. Compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Educating therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical
  • Establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Assisting in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)
  • 3+ years of outside/inside sales experience OR 1+ years of medical sales experience OR 4+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience
  • Knowledgeable of third party payer policies
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new products desirable

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.
  • Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
  • Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products
