About the position

The Medical Division Program Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of the medical division at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. This position involves project management, data visualization analysis, and coordination of key medical team responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring optimal operations within the division. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Chief Medical Officer, to facilitate effective scheduling, recruitment, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the clinic scheduling manager, medical directors, and the CMO to automate and optimize schedules for all medical providers.
• Facilitate the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) processes and the Peer Review Committee.
• Act as a liaison with HR, Credentialing, and Operations to lead a seamless recruitment and onboarding process for medical division team members.
• Serve as a point of contact across departments to ensure completion of key operational tasks for the medical team.
• Facilitate and coordinate medical staff meetings and committees, including agenda construction and meeting communications.
• Serve as project manager on key strategic and operational initiatives in the Office of the CMO.
• Perform data visualization and analysis of KPIs for the division, deploying regular reporting.
• Collaborate with the CMO in developing presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the CMO or Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare administration and project management.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
