Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment at patient locations using a company vehicle.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and maintenance of delivered items.
• Complete necessary delivery forms and paperwork, including invoices and patient care instructions.
• Coordinate verification of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage information.
• Manage all aspects of intake, including answering phones and processing paperwork.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle in a clean and safe working condition.
• Monitor office supplies and report additional patient needs during morning meetings.
• Prepare complete and accurate files for the Billing Department.
• Provide service for walk-in patients and report equipment hazards as required.
• Work with location personnel to coordinate deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
