About the position
The Medical Facility Cook position involves preparing and delivering meals for patients in a local medical facility. The role requires adherence to menu specifications and guidelines while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Portioning food for patients according to menu specifications & guidelines
- Delivering food trays to patient rooms
- Performing dish room procedures, cleaning & sanitizing all pots, pans, and dishes.
Requirements
- Comfortable to stand for duration of 8 hour shift
- Able to pull / push food carts weighing up to 50lbs
- HS Diploma / GED
