As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Experience Expert, you will be responsible for front desk office administration, which includes greeting and directing patients, managing phone calls, and handling billing processes. You will accurately learn and utilize our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your role will also involve coordinating patient transportation and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. This position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
