About the position

As a Front Desk Receptionist at MY DR NOW, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your primary responsibility will be to greet patients upon their arrival, ensuring they feel cared for and prioritized. You will work closely with a dedicated team that handles phone calls and insurance verifications, allowing you to focus on the in-person interactions with patients. It is essential to create a positive experience for each patient, making them feel heard and valued. You will also be responsible for scheduling follow-up appointments, which is crucial for maximizing your earning potential through our patient scheduling bonuses. This role requires a caring and energetic individual who embodies the mission and values of MY DR NOW. In addition to patient interactions, you will be involved in various administrative tasks, including data entry and managing patient records. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. The position offers a unique opportunity to work flexible hours, with the possibility of working only three or four days a week while still achieving full-time hours. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and cared for.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, and data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
