The Patient Service Representative at Generations Family Practice plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for patients. In addition to welcoming patients, the Patient Service Representative will perform various administrative tasks, including checking patients in and out, updating patient demographics, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and managing wait lists. The ability to answer multi-line phones and provide information to patients is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and experience with Athena EMR, although the latter is preferred rather than required. This position is full-time and requires a commitment to delivering the highest quality standards in patient care. Requirements

  • Medical office experience is REQUIRED.

Nice-to-haves

  • Athena EMR experience preferred.
