Responsibilities
- Handle multiple phone lines and manage patient communications.
- Verify insurance information for patients.
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances from patients.

- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform data entry and word-processing tasks as needed.
- Cross-train in back office tasks to support overall clinic operations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a medical office is required.
- Proficient computer skills with at least 1 year of experience.
