The ACHS Medical Information Specialist is responsible for entering clinical and other data into the Electronic Health Record System (EHR) and creating/distributing scheduled reports from the system. The source for this data may be paper based, or from other electronic sources (Hospital data system, dictated notes, Emails, Etc). The document management tools, IndxLogic and Docutrak, are used to manage the workflow. This position can work out of our Woodsville or Littleton office.
