About The Position
Star Sleep & Wellness is a growing sleep medicine office located in Frisco, TX, dedicated to treating multiple sleep disorders and providing a unique medical experience for our patients. We prioritize building strong relationships with our patients to ensure they receive excellent lifetime care. Our team is culture-driven and future-focused, staying at the forefront of developments in dental sleep medicine. As we expand our insurance (Advocacy) team, we are looking to add two new members who will work fully in-office at our Frisco location. After a 90-day probation period, there may be an opportunity to switch to a hybrid schedule, allowing for three days in the office and two days remote. The Advocacy team plays a crucial role in managing the medical insurance process. Each team member focuses on different aspects of the insurance life cycle, which includes verifying benefits, submitting pre-authorizations and medical records, following up on claims, posting payments, and obtaining HMO referrals. This position requires a high degree of autonomy, and successful candidates will need to develop a system for tracking and reporting their output.
