Responsibilities
- Perform and analyze complex medical laboratory tests and procedures.
- Exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision.
- Provide technical instructions and communicate with other departments on clinical laboratory procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in test results.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Current certification as Medical Technologist (MT), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the National Board of Registry American Society Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
- Valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines.
- Knowledge and skills sufficient to provide technical instructions and communicate effectively.
