• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and experts.
• Ensure compliance with court rules, HIPAA guidelines, and billing standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff-side experience will not be considered).
• Strong critical thinking skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Expertise in document review and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping software, and electronic file management.
