About the position

The Medical Marketing Manager at Good Clean Love will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at healthcare practitioners. The position involves creating marketing materials, managing digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating events to enhance the brand's presence in professional practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans targeting healthcare practitioners.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence within the healthcare community.
  • Develop and manage campaigns that promote the organization's services to healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with the creative manager to develop educational and promotional materials tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee the creation of webinars, whitepapers, newsletters, and other materials relevant to healthcare practitioners.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize website content to improve search rankings and engagement.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and healthcare-specific networks.
  • Plan and coordinate industry-specific events, webinars, and conferences aimed at healthcare practitioners.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events to network and promote services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare practitioners, medical associations, and industry leaders.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to build partnerships and foster collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to determine ROI and optimize future efforts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights on marketing effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, customer service, and marketing to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience working with healthcare practitioners or within the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing software (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects.
