• Communicate with upcoming patients and document communication in patients CRM profile

Requirements

• 1-3 years in an Office Setting
• Professional and courteous disposition
• Works well under pressure
• Medical office experience a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
