We are looking for a Director of Medical Partnerships to join our team in South Florida, specifically Palm Beach and Boca Raton. This position reports directly to the VP of Medical Partnerships. The individual in this role will be responsible for achieving sales goals, establishing relationships with medical and marketing partners, and building an external medical partner customer base who want to offer Sollis membership to their practice. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Palm Beach and Boca Raton. While this role is mainly remote, the Director must be able to meet with Medical Partners, attend Sollis events, tour our locations, and engage in other necessary activities to foster partnerships and drive sales. The Director will develop relationships with local specialty medical providers to grow the Sollis membership through referrals. This includes establishing and leading a regional B2B sales business, overseeing new business from lead generation through closing. The role also involves establishing medical specialist partners for our members to be referred out to, as well as developing and implementing new sales strategies and promotions tailored to the local market. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to create events, press, publicity, and any necessary materials to close new sales. Additionally, the Director will build and establish marketing partnerships with value-add brands in the health, wellness, and luxury space, ensuring that the sales team continues to act as advocates for patients in receiving excellent care and delivering on our brand promise. Frequent travel to meet with Medical Partners is required, along with performing related duties as requested.
