About the position

We are seeking a skilled Payment Poster to join our team at Tyrus Health. This part-time position involves processing insurance and patient payments, reconciling bank transactions, and managing payment-related tasks using cloud-based software. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as they will collaborate with the Revenue Specialist and Management to ensure accurate payment posting and denial management.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance and patient payments
• Reconcile bank transactions
• Post denials
• Pull explanation of benefits as needed
• Post ERA's
• Set up EFT/ACH and ERA as needed
• Manage cloud-based software for payment and denial storage
• Collaborate with Revenue Specialist and Management

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD or eClinical Works
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Entry-level experience in payment posting
