About the position

The position is for a full-time, ABR board-certified medical physicist specializing in Radiation Oncology at a hospital's Cancer Institute. The role involves contributing to clinical physics activities and working with advanced radiation therapy technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team and will engage in advanced clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to clinical physics activities at the Cancer Institute.
  • Work with TrueBeam and Halcyon/Ethos platforms.
  • Collaborate with a team of physicists, dosimetrists, and service engineers.
  • Engage in advanced clinical procedures involving radiation oncology.
  • Utilize various equipment and software for treatment planning and delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in radiation oncology physics.
  • Proficiency on TrueBeam and Halcyon/Ethos platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaboration in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ARIA/Eclipse 15.6, Bravos HDR, Somatom CT-Sim, BrainLAB & ExacTrac, cylindrical 3D scanner, IC Profiler, Modus MR motion phantom, Portal Dosimetry, IQM, Clear Check, AI Contouring, and Mobius3D.
