About the position

Pediatric Healthcare Associates is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team in Shelton, CT. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that all patient interactions are handled with care and professionalism. Your ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities will be crucial as you manage patient flow and assist with inquiries. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting with computer skills is preferred.
