Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with sign-in kiosk and answer questions
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Assist with patient access and registration processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric specialties
  • Empathy and compassion for patients and families
  • Technology savvy, with ability to assist patients with kiosk use
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Color blind screening required
